Return & Refund Policy

KBS Trading Company

At KBS Trading Company, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned or refunded.


1. Return Eligibility

B2C Orders

Products are eligible for return only if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The return request is raised within 3–5 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective:

  • Sanitary pads

  • Baby diapers

  • Adult diapers

  • Other personal hygiene products


2. B2B Orders & Bulk Purchases

  • B2B and bulk orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or dispatch error.

  • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Private label / OEM orders are strictly non-refundable once confirmed.


3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us via email or phone with order details

  2. Share clear images or videos of the issue

  3. Our team will review and approve the request

  4. Approved returns must be shipped back as instructed

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.


4. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side


5. Replacement Policy

  • In eligible cases, we may offer replacement instead of refund, subject to product availability

  • Replacement products will be dispatched after verification


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

  • B2B orders cannot be canceled after confirmation


7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please report it within the specified timeline with proper proof. Failure to do so may result in rejection of the claim.


8. Limitation of Liability

KBS Trading Company is not responsible for damage caused due to improper use, storage, or handling of the product after delivery.


9. Policy Updates

KBS Trading Company reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
