  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • B2B bulk orders may require additional processing time depending on order size and customization.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping and export orders are available on request for B2B customers.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and delivery location.

  • For B2B bulk orders, shipping charges may be quoted separately.

  • Any applicable taxes or duties will be charged as per government regulations.

4. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on location)

  • Remote Areas: May take additional time

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS / Email / WhatsApp (if available).

  • Customers can track shipments using the courier partner’s tracking system.

6. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • KBS Trading Company is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

  • In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged Packages

If the outer package appears damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to:

  • Refuse delivery or

  • Accept the delivery after noting damage with the courier

  • Report the issue to us within 24–48 hours with clear images

9. B2B Bulk & Institutional Orders

  • Bulk orders may be shipped via surface transport or freight services.

  • Delivery timelines and costs will be communicated separately.

  • Risk of goods transfers to the buyer upon dispatch.

10. Policy Updates

KBS Trading Company reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting.
